What counts as Seconds?

  • Cosmetic marks (scratches, dents, wear)
  • Ex-display or demo models
  • Superseded or repaired stock

We offer Category A, B & C factory seconds – all with manufacturer-backed warranties.

Warranty

  • Category A – 12 months parts & labour (premium refurbished)
  • Category B – 12 months parts & labour (demo/second-hand)
  • Category C – 6 months parts & labour (service-returned)

All units are inspected and tested.

Conditions

  • Finish/noise defects not covered
  • Domestic use only, within Australia
  • Warranty void if damaged, misused, altered, wrongly installed, or without proof of purchase
  • No extended warranties
  • Service access/transport costs may apply (esp. outside metro)

All warranties comply with Australian Consumer Law and are serviced by Electrolux or authorised agents.
