Refund Policy
Adelaide Furniture and Electrical complies with the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, damaged, or does not do what it is supposed to do, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the problem.consumer+1

Faulty or damaged on arrival
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is missing components:

Do not install or use the product.

Notify us as soon as possible (within 7 days of delivery where reasonable) with your order number and clear photos or video of the product, the fault/damage, and the packaging.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or compensation.
Faults developing during normal use
If your product develops a fault during normal domestic use within the manufacturer’s warranty or a reasonable period:

Returns and collection of bulky goods
For large items such as furniture and whitegoods, we will work with you to arrange a reasonable method for inspection, repair, or return.consumerprotection+1
Where a return is required for a product with a major or minor fault, we will cover reasonable return or collection costs.
Proof of purchase
To process any repair, replacement, or refund, we require proof of purchase such as a tax invoice, order confirmation email, or other acceptable evidence.
Exclusions
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law do not apply to damage or faults caused by:

Misuse, abuse, or neglect of the product

Improper installation not carried out according to the manufacturer’s instructions or by a qualified person where required

Use of the product for commercial or non-domestic purposes (unless we have agreed otherwise)

Normal wear and tear, or consumable parts that are expected to be replaced over time
This policy applies in addition to, and does not exclude, restrict, or modify, any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
